Return & Exchange
We are committed to ensuring that all goods sold are in good condition, and all orders are fulfilled correctly and packaged well.
However, in the event that items delivered are incorrect, defective or damaged, we may accept returns and exchanges.
If an item delivered is incorrect, we will process a one-to-one exchange.
If an item delivered is defective or damaged, it will be looked into on a case by case basis before a return or exchange is accepted.
Other than the reasons stated above, we do not accept any returns & exchanges.
Please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order should you need to return or exchange an item. Please include your order reference number in the email.
All returnable items must be unused and kept in its original condition. A return or exchange may be voided if they are found to have been tampered with.
Once a return or exchange is accepted, we will advise you accordingly.
All goods sold are non-refundable monetarily.
