All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 8% GST.

How do I order?

You will need to create an account or log into your account to purchase from our store.

Simply add items to your cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon or “Add to Cart” button.

To view the items in your cart, click on the “Cart” icon at the top right corner of the website.

Click on “Proceed to Checkout” once you are ready to place your order.

Fill in the checkout form accordingly.

Important: Please ensure that all information provided is accurate (e.g. shipping address should be written in full).

If there is a valid promo code, do remember to enter it and click “Apply”.

Click on “Place Order” to proceed with payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

How do I track my order?

Once you have received an email notifying you of the tracking information, you can track your order on the tracking page of the selected delivery service provider.

Can I change my order once I have placed and paid for it?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your order once it has been placed and paid for. Please review your order before placing it.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact order@flameoftheforest.asia within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to edit the address for you.

I just received my order but there’s a missing item. What do I do?

Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.

Email us at order@flameoftheforest.asia and quote your order reference number.

Where are you able to deliver?

We deliver locally (Singapore).

Include titles and quantities you wish to purchase and provide your mailing address.

We will let you know the shipping cost / courier charges.

How do I pay for my order?

You may pay by credit cards, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Alternatively, you can pay by offline method: PAYNOW.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We may accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

– Items delivered are incorrect or defective.

– Items that are damaged during shipping/delivery.
