Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 to 5 working days after payment is received.

While we aim to fulfil orders as soon as possible, we will not be held responsible for any delays due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. delays arising from Covid-19 measures).

Singapore Delivery (excluding restricted areas such as army camps and off-shore islands)

FREE delivery for orders $50 (before GST) & above.

For any order less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $12 (9% GST included).

Barring unforeseen circumstances, you should receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after it has been shipped out.

Outside Singapore

Separate charges will apply for orders from outside Singapore.

While we try to provide shipping cost/ courier charges when we receive your complete order details, please note that the charges to a few countries are very high. Australia and New Zealand are examples. We may choose not to reply unless you indicate you are prepared to consider the high charges.
